The more you exercise regularly, the more energy you’ll have. Consistent exercise increases your muscle strength and endurance, and gives you the energy to think more clearly and produce new ideas. Just 15 minutes of exercise, even in your living room, will make your body more productive.

Physical exercise trains your brain and sharpens your focus for at least 2-3 hours. For example, if you have a presentation, try to move beforehand and you will notice that it will be much easier for you. In the long run, exercising regularly will help you keep your brain young and fit. This happens through neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to develop itself through blood flow and proteins. Treat your body to some “brain gains.”

Exercise releases happiness hormones, which not only make you happy, but also improve your memory. Exercise also releases serotonin, a hormone that has been shown to help with depression, according to the Mayo Clinic. The students who ran and played with weights were able to remember things much better than the group of people who just sat.
