If you need help directly from Activio with the installation on your computer we can provide remote support provided you have a working Internet connection.

How to enable remote support

Please contact us over phone and when instructed click on this link and select “Run…” to enable the remote computer support. The software does not need to be installed and you only need to supply “Your ID” and the “Password” visible in the software to a trusted Activio representative over phone.
