On April 14, we will carry out an upgrade of Activio’s technical operating environment.
As part of this work, we are moving the system from Microsoft Azure to our own servers. This is an important step in our continued development of the platform.
Planned outage
In connection with the server move, Activio will be temporarily unavailable between 09:00 and approximately 15:00 April 14.
We recommend that you plan the use of the system outside this time window.
Why are we making this change?
The aim of the move is to create a more stable, faster and future-proof platform.
Operating the system in-house gives us better control over the whole environment, allowing us to:
- increase operational reliability
- improve system performance
- speed up certain processes
- work more flexibly on further development
- identify and address potential problems more quickly
This gives us better conditions to continue developing Activio with high quality over time.
What does this mean for you?
You do not need to make any technical preparations for the move.
The only thing you need to bear in mind is that the system will not be available during the outage.
After the work is completed, Activio will operate as usual, but on an improved operating platform.
We apologize for the temporary impact and thank you for your understanding while we carry out this upgrade.
