We have updated the Activio login view to make the system faster, clearer and even easier to use in practice.
The update will be rolled out shortly and will see a new structure of the home page, with three clear login options instead of the previous large “Play” button.
The aim is to improve flow, especially during times when there is a gap between shifts.
What is new?
- Login – just like before
This option works in the same way as the previous login.
Here users can:
- Log in with your username and password
- Using the “Remember me” feature
- Using the classic guest login
For sites and members used to the current way of working, there is no change in function, only a new location.
- Guest – simplified guest login
This is a new and faster guest function.
Shown here:
- All available heart rate belts directly on the screen
- Any bicycles (if integrated in the system)
The user chooses:
- Heart rate transmitter at the touch of a button
- Maximum heart rate via preset options
- FTP via default options
No manual keyboard input required.
This reduces the risk of queuing and makes logging in smoother for participants who are not used to the system.
- Express – fastest possible login
Express is designed for maximum simplicity.
When choosing Express:
- The system automatically assigns an available heart rate belt
- The system automatically selects the available cycle (if applicable)
- Preset values for max heart rate and FTP are used
Two keystrokes and the user is logged in.
Please note that values cannot be adjusted in the Express mode.
If individual settings are required, use the “Guest” option instead.
Why this update?
Together with our customers, we have identified that logging in can sometimes create bottlenecks, especially during afternoon and evening hours.
The new structure is designed to:
- Create better flow between sessions
- Simplify for new and inexperienced users
- Reducing administration for staff
- Making the implementation of Activio even smoother in everyday life
