Right of withdrawal
The law of costumer protection for contracts regarding distance and home sales applies concerning purchases made through our online store (only for individual).
You may use your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you received the goods. We will refund purchased goods once we have received them, as well as the shipping cost we have charged you.
Unfortunately returned packages can take between 5 to 10 days before they reach us, which affects the processing time for returns.

We are obligated to protect your personal information. We at Activio AB guarantee that your personal information will be protected and be made as anonymous as possible after they have been processed and stored.
As you register, you grant us access to use your personal information and If needed also to transfer this information to the company we use for card payments. This includes Klarna and our bank Nordea, for process and storing in connection with purchase. Transferring personal information to a third part is forbidden.
We will absolutely not sell your information. We reserve the right to transfer your personal information to other companies in case of a potential sale or joint venture of the company. In such a case, you have the right to oppose that transfer.
However, if forced by law to transfer your personal information due to legal reasons, then we will provide such a transfer without your permission. This also applies when it is necessary to protect our property and our rights and obligations according to contracts.
When you register as a costumer and provide us with your user information, you also accept that we can send emails to you and that you may be encouraged to participate in telephone surveys for marketing.
You can at any time request to erase your personal information that we have stored. Changes and information can be added in this data privacy, especially if the law or any specific regulations are changed. This also applies if we change our questionnaire and new questions.
